I love sports. It was such a big part of my life growing up and now with 3 kids of my own, I can see how much joy it brings to them as well. Realizing that I wanted to coach youth sports, I called a friend who had been coaching football in high school for many years.

What started as a conversation with a friend of mine about coaching high school basketball (my sport of choice) turned into learning about the challenges he was facing as an Assistant AD. I learned about the frustrations in the software they were given. That they spent more time approving physicals than coaching up players and engaging with their families.

So I started Half Court. Half Court is meant to give time back to coaches and admins. Don't waste time on paperwork, on collecting dues, on any of the stuff that takes away from growing and developing young athletes.

And we're just getting started. Given the time and opportunity, I envision Half Court to not only provide a great technology but to give back to the community it's meant to serve.
